Having shot hockey and basketball at SAIT on a few occasions and not really enjoying it, I wanted to try something different for the second portion of my sports assignment. While hockey and basketball are challenging because they are so dynamic and quick, Crossfit presented an entirely different challenge: how do you make people doing intermittent rounds of skipping and lifting weights for ten minutes at a time look interesting? Here are the results.
