Though I can’t say that I wasn’t warned, Winter (yes, capitalized, because out here, it really is a ‘proper’ winter) has struck rather abruptly in Calgary. The sudden seasonal change is a little jarring, especially because two days before it snowed, my roommate and I were drinking beer in the front lawn, sans jackets. (Check out his blog HERE – he likes to drink beer and write about it.) Needless to say, I’ve been thinking about the summer again, so here are a few of my favourite shots from the season at the lodge. (Though some aren’t *technically* on point, many of these images just invoke a strange sense of remoteness that I failed to convey during previous seasons at the lodge.) I miss work!
