I spent many years of my life limiting myself from certain physical activities at the expense of my own well-being because I believed I wasn’t “athletic” or “fit” enough. Making the decision to build a daily movement practice changed my life — not overnight, but over time — so drastically that I overhauled my career to study the body and become a certified personal trainer.
